Weekend Assignment #2 from John Scalzi

Weekend Assignment #2: Describe your second-favorite of the following: movie, book, album, school teacher, ice cream flavor, sports team, comfort food, celebrity crush, cartoon character and way to relax. If you feel like it, add in any other second favorite you like.

Ok, Here's mine.............

2nd Favorite Movie: Bridges of Madison County-I told ya I was a hopeless romantic!

2nd Favorite Book: I hate to be redundant, but....Bridges of Madison County.  I seldom read the same thing over and over, but I think I read that one about 3 times. ::sigh::

2nd Favorite Album: My gosh we are dating ourselves, aren't we?  I actually have record albums, so my children are somewhat familiar with such things!        Hmmmm...Let's see...Barbra Streisand's-A Star is Born!  More romantic stuff...Evergreen....is such a lovely song.  But I really like every song on that piece of hard, grooved black plastic.

2nd Favorite School Teacher:  Dang it, I can't remember her name, but she was one of my college instructors, for Cultural Diversity.  She was thought provoking, funny, and she utilized such a variety of methods to teach us that we are all basically one people, but pretty unique within our cultures.  And, isn't it wonderful that we're all not the same!  Makes life interesting.

2nd Favorite Ice Cream Flavor: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.  Yummmm.  Preferrably, from Breyers, Dryers or Baskin-Robbins.

2nd Favorite Sports Team: Gosh, I don't even have a first favorite.  Is that considered un-American?

2nd Favorite Comfort Food: Down and dirty, pure, creamy, crusty-topped, Okie style Macaroni and Cheese, with just the right amount of salt and pepper.  Ain't nothin like it and it doesn't come out of a box!

2nd Favorite Celebrity Crush:  It used to be George Michael, until he got caught being naughty in a public restroom and I found out he doesn't even like girls...yuk!  So, it would have to be a much younger Clint Eastwood.  My ideal man, next to Elvis, of course.

2nd Favorite Cartoon Character: Not exactly a cartoon character, per se...but I love all things Sesame Street, and it would probably be.....Kermit, no...Ernie!  And...Miss Piggy is another favorite, famous for her quote....Never eat more than you can lift! 

2nd Favorite Way to Relax: RELAX.....you have got to be kidding!  I am a Type A personality.  I sleep for relaxation.
