After I got home from work, my real estate agent called and said the "SELLER" rejected my full price offer on her piece of property and withdrew her listing which wasn't supposed to end until December of this year!
Grrrrrrr!
Now how exactly does that happen when you've signed a contract with the listing agent? Isn't someone losing out on a commission here?
My agent said that there's no recourse for me, or her agent!
Papa says things always work out....maybe not exactly like we want them, but they always work out! So, I figure that I am not meant to have that little piece of earth and that something just right will come along soon.
The agent wants me to go with her tomorrow after work, to try to find something else in the general vincinity. She said that she found 5 acres that Scott and I could buy together and actually build two homes on it! Just think.....a granny house for me..... and Scott and his beautiful wife and kids in the other..........
BUT, DANG IT!
I need some GRANDKIDS!
Then, this evening Papa said..."I can guarantee that I will be back in the hospital before you get off work tomorrow!"
He knows his body and it's not workin' right.
So, I trust his instinct and we will probably have to look for that property another day!
Besides, Scott isn't even in a serious relationship now!
